Sign-up Agreement

If, for any reason, you can not fulfill your sponsorship obligations, temple needs to know at least 2 weeks in advance.
It is your responsibility to note the date of your sponsorship. Temple will not be giving further notification.
If you need any further information, please call the temple office or the Prasad committee chair.
